A 4oz scoop of candy can vary depending on the type—smaller, lighter candies differ from larger, heavier ones.

To give you an idea of size, a 4oz scoop is roughly equivalent to a tennis ball.

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, palm fat, humectants (sorbitol), citric acid, gelatin, caramelized sugar, acidity regulator (sodium bicarbonate), fruit and plant concentrate: (safflower, lemon, spirulina, radish, black currant, carrot, apple), raw liquorice aroma , dark syrup, anti-caking agents (talc), coating agents (beeswax, yellow and white), invert sugar syrup.
